Prenuptial or Postnuptial Agreement - $399
Prenuptial Agreement
A prenuptial agreement is a document that allows you and your spouse-to-be make your own decisions about which of your states marital property and support laws will apply to you and which wont. For example, you could give up your right to spousal support, or agree to keep your property separate so that if you divorce, your spouse isn’t entitled to ask for any of your assets.
A prenuptial agreement ensures that you will already have a plan for the distribution of your assets, the care and custody of your children, and spousal support matters, which will make the divorce process much easier.
Postnuptial Agreement
A postnuptial agreement has the same effect as a prenuptial agreement, the difference being that the agreement is entered into by the spouses during, instead of before marriage.
